The Downings Apartments will comprise 194 apartments in three buildings:
Downings Malthouse
Available from Summer 2026
49 new build apartments within the retained walls of George Downing's former Malthouse and adjacent High Orchard Street Warehouse.
Scheduled completion of High Orchard Street Warehouse September 2027 and Downings Malthouse February 2028
The Malthouse
Available from Summer 2026 Launch
74 new apartments with the conversion of George Downings No.3 and No 4 warehouses overlooking the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal with a galleried landing around a central enclosed atrium.
Downings Tower
Available from Summer 2028 Launch
71 apartments in a new 10 storey building with commanding views over Gloucester and the Canal which will form a new gateway entrance to Gloucester Docks.
